"My Chatterbox Doesn't Connect"
Please verify the following:
- The WiFi information on the Chatterbox package label matches your correct SSID and passphrase. If you need to reset the WiFi, please follow the instructions here: Wifi Configuration Guide
- The IP of the machine is set correctly and matches the information on the machine's settings page in Chatter.
- The Chatterbox is located in an area with a strong WiFi signal.
- The machine's parameters are set properly
