Chatter allows you to assign types of data to a certain macro variable on a machine.
Assign a Macro
To assign a new macro, navigate to the "Machine Settings" page and click "Add New" on the bottom left:
Select a data type, enter the macro variable number, and press "Save". At that point, you'll need to power cycle your Chatterbox to receive the new configuration.
View a Macro on the Frontend
To view a macro on your machine page, you can select a datatype for each of the six cards. Each position corresponds to a position on the UI. The title of the data is also customizable.
Custom Data
If you want to collect a custom type of data, you have three slots to choose from: CustomData1, CustomData2, and CustomData3. To display on the frontend, follow the two procedures above and then rename the data card.
