The box is not connecting (no handshakes are seen in the log)
- There is insufficient wifi network coverage. It's best for the Chatterbox to be near a wifi access point, not the machine. If you require a wired connection, please contact Chatter support.
- The wifi network credentials are incorrect.
The box connects to Chatter, but there is no incoming data.
- Verify that both the machine and the Chatterbox can be pinged from another computer on the same network.
- Verify the machine's IP address is correct in Chatter.
- Verify that setting 143 is set to 5051

Network Conflicts
To ensure a good connection to your Haas machine, it is important to have an Ethernet connection. In addition, you will want to make sure that both Haas Drop and Haas Connect are disabled. Both of these programs can cause conflicts with the machine's network connection, resulting in poor performance or even a loss of connection.
To disable Haas Connect:
- Press [SETTING]
- Select the Network tab
- Select the Haas Connect sub-tab
- Disable Haas Connect
To disable Haas Drop
- Press [SETTING]
- Select the Network tab
- Select the Haas Drop sub-tab
- Press [F3] to disable Haas Drop
